Mizkan’s Ajipon is a refreshing Japanese citrus soy sauce, blending yuzu and daidai citrus juices with soy sauce and savory dashi. Its crisp acidity and umami-rich profile make it perfect for tofu, hot pots, salads, gyoza, and grilled fish.
